Hey plant eaters,

We're fresh off a plane from Kayli's business trip to Boston. There's nothing like travel to renew your appreciation for the simple things- morning green juice, our favorite yoga class, and Kitty cuddles. Our current appreciation for simplicity got us thinking about the manufactured drama surrounding food and dieting. So many rules, so many "dos" and "don'ts", so many nonsensical caveats.

This week, we're giving you permission to reject all the ridiculous complications being put on your plate and encouraging you to keep it simple. Michael Pollan says it best: "Eat real food, not too much, mostly plants."
