Warm greetings from Amanda Smith
Tasks are starting to pour in for teachers to pre-mark. Please ask your child to show you the great work they are doing. They are able to improve work after it has been pre-marked and we are encouraging them to review and add to tasks so that when they hand them in at the end they are able to achieve the best possible level.
Please help us support learning by making sure that students have the correct stationary, there are a number of students running out of books and pens and pencils. It is a good time to restock.
We are still focusing on reading for all class levels. Please talk to your child about what they are reading, share books with them and enjoy audio books together. This develops vocabulary, expose students to a range of ideas and worlds that they don't normally access.
