Enrolling now

Please remember to let your friends and family know that we are enrolling for 2020.

Growth Mindset

You have probably heard a lot about Growth Mindset and how we encourage our students to use a positive attitude when working on tasks.  As part of everything we do we want our students to really try and not to give up.  Any learning requires focus, perseverance and practice, we want our students to have these skills.  We encourage you to model them at home as well, often students think that you find everything easy so explaining how much time and effort you have put into learning and perfecting tasks and skills will help them to better understand their own learning.

DROP OFF ZONES
Please ensure students are not dropped off outside of school on Remuera Road. Legally we are not able to treat this as a drop off area and it is not safe on such a busy road.
Dilworth Ave is the designated drop off area.

HOMEWORK

Homework tasks will be posted on the school website on a weekly basis, however, if your child does not have assigned homework, they will have tasks that need to be completed.

Have a wonderful week!

LATE ARRIVALS
If your child is running late, please call and inform the office. All students are to report to the office before going to class.

DEVICES & VALUABLES
We need to emphasis the importance of our students handing in their devices and their valuables i.e Wallets, bank cards. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or misplaced that are not handed in for safe keeping.

WATER BOTTLES
Please remember that all students need to have a water bottle as we are trying to avoid them using the glassware in the kitchen.
We have had a few cases of the flu so please help us prevent the spread of these viruses where you can.

WINTER BUGS
We have a number of sick students and staff members at the moment.  Please support us with encouraging students to cough and sneeze into their inner elbows and to wash their hands regularly so they don't spread germs.
