WHEN: Before March 15.

WHERE: The link to report your congregational Year Book information is at
Congregational Reporting Login on the page.

WHY: 1) To maintain tax exempt status by being listed in the Year Book and Directory, and, 2) To determine the number of voting representatives to represent your congregation and your region at the General Assembly.

HOW: A postcard with your congregation's Church PIN (stays the same each year) and serial number (changes each year) will be mailed to your church next week so be sure the person who will report has this postcard. OR, email the
Southwest Region office for your Church PIN and serial number to get started now. OR, if you prefer to complete a paper form, let us know the name and contact info where we should email a PDF or mail a paper copy (English or Spanish - let us know which). OR, call the Southwest Region office at 817-926-4687 for this information, too.

Looking forward to hearing from your congregation!
