Happy Easter, Banana Bread, even more Workshops and 30 Powerful Truths...

I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend. We managed a nice balance of quality family time, social time, and getting jobs done around home.
I find this to be such a beautiful time of the year with the trees changing colour. And of course the slightly cooler weather suits me too!
It's been a fairly busy start to the year, with a nice balance of sessions and workshops. I am pleased to let you know I now offer training to Reiki Master Level, and have already attuned my first Reiki Master. Congratulations to Ruth Bielski - welcome to the next stage of your Reiki journey!
I've also been busy planning workshops and events for the remainder of the year, and will let you know what they are in due course.
The inaugural Reiki Refresher course was well received, and as I have already had requests for another one, from folks who couldn't make the last one, I have scheduled another for Sunday 7th August. This is a fairly organic workshop, as everyone will have different questions they need answers for. We will follow with a Reiki Share, so plenty of practice giving and receiving Reiki too. Cost is just $25, and will be limited to 10 participants. Let me know you are keen here.
There is also an extra Reiki II workshop planned for the end of May, so if you have been looking at deepening your connection with Reiki, get in touch and we can take it from there.
With the cooler weather, I'm finding the urge to bake more. I have made this Paleo Banana Bread a few times now. It's delicious! Also free from dairy, grains, and refined sugar, and taste tested and approved by a 4 year old!
If you missed hot cross buns, we enjoyed these grain-free Hot Cross Buns last weekend too.
I will be away from Monday 18th through until Friday 29th April, but will still be available to answer questions via email during this time.
