Please join us for an evening of collage card making just in time for Valentine’s Day. We will make use of EcoWorks’ amazing range of materials and ephemera to make one of a kind works of “card” art. Build Your Own Pet Toys and Beds

1:00pm - 3:00pm
Learn to build toys and beds for your furry and feathered friends out of recycled and reusable materials. Alice of “Alice’s Reloved Workshop” will guide us through developing, sewing and knitting beds out of old T-shirts, old yoga pants and clothes that are no longer worn, shoelaces and string. If you are a bird owner we will make toys out of stringing corks, beads, and other fun objects together. Learn to make cat toys, dog toys, rabbit ragdoll toys, and a cozy bed. Due to limited space, pre-registration is required. $25 Register NOW!
Please bring old clothing such as sweatshirts, yoga pants, and jeans if you have. Extra will be provided by instructor.

Join us for a free screening of the documentary "Reuse! Because You Can't Recycle the Planet" followed by a panel discussion of local reuse businesses and initiatives in the New Haven area. Coordinated in collaboration by the New Haven BioRegional Group, EcoWorks and the New Haven Museum.
