The Khoja Heritage Festival 2021 has been postponed to take place after the Holy Month of Ramadhan, and will now be held on 23 May 2021 inshaAllah.

In the meantime, please continue to sign up and prepare for the Children's Gujarati Speech Competition, which is open to children aged between 7 and 12 years. To apply to enter, please
click here and fill in your child's details.

The theme for the competition is twofold:
1. Describe what our heritage is as a Khoja today (traditional food, traditional clothes, our language, our mosques, etc.)
2. What are the goals of the Khoja Heritage Project (maintain our culture, spread our culture, or just talk about it sometime around an event?)

See you soon!

The Need to Process and Support

Last chance to register for this essential workshop.

Loss is a part of life, but suffering alone does not have to be. The Ahlulbayt (a.s.) have emphasised the importance of grieving and processing loss, but not everyone is able to do so effectively. Join us for this workshop where we will breakdown the stages in which one can help a loved one, a friend, a community member, or oneself cope with grief and navigate the bereavement process.

Please note that for the purposes of supervision as well as self-reflective work on your new-found skills, there will be a follow-up reflection circle that you will be required to attend.

The workshop will end before Maghrib Salah at 7.45pm on Sunday, 28 March.

LIMITED SPACES. Click here for registration.

NB: Due to the high demand and limited spaces, your registration indicates your commitment to attend this session. Last-minute cancellations and no shows are a waste of community resources.
