Our learners say

“Being able to make change without feeling like I am offending people. This will allow for more open debates and discussions that facilitate learning, rather than feeling like it is facilitating an argument”.
“Yes- I feel I have a better understanding of what my leadership style looks like and how I can address the weaknesses this style may have to ensure I am in the best position to work with people with different leadership styles”.
“Learning that leadership can take all styles- at times I felt like I was too dominant- and now I have strategies and understanding in how to use this as a strength rather than a weakness- and how this means I can work with other people”.
“To be confident in my knowldege and understand that my contribution is valuable.  To realise that I do not have to have all the answers or solutions to problems. Part of the solution is being able to identify the problems and then use networks to assist in finding a solution”.
