£1,000 fine - A breach of Rule (K)2.2 of the Rules of Racing in that following CRACKDELOUST (FR)’s run in the Starsports.bet £10k Showtime Guarantee Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) race at Sedgefield on 22 December 2020 a sample taken from the horse tested positive for procaine. The Chairman has taken into account his explanation, namely the injection of Unicillin on 14 December 2020 and the insufficient regard to the necessary withdrawal period.

Under Rule (L)47.4 CRACKDELOUST has been disqualified from the race.

Gary McKenna

£140 fine - 
A breach of Rule (J)20 of the Rules of Racing in that he was involved in an altercation with another horsebox driver at Chelmsford Racecourse on 25 January 2021. The Chairman noted that he acted in a threatening manner and failed to adhere to the social distancing protocols.
