Southend Carers...

Two Soups! What fun we had making "two soups" at the Folk Like Us lunchtime session today.

Many of our elder Carers often pop along to this group to meet new friends and have a chat, so today we lent a hand & served up Broccoli & Stilton and Caribbean Vegetable soups Masterchef style LOL!!!

Thanks Turning Tides for letting us loose in the kitchen to cook up a storm.

Young Carers aged 11-18 years - Our Youth Forum is a monthly Youth Club where you get to socialise with other Young Carers over pizza, create some fun awareness raising projects and organise days out together.  Our YC's are currently designing their own digital newsletter, writing their own content, creating visuals, etc - it's a great space to get things off your chest, meet other YC's going through similar stuff to you and having time to chill.
