When the kids went bug hunting...
“Our first hour bug hunting - the kids had nets and magnifying glasses – we found grasshoppers, crickets and spiders… into the woods and we saw loads of bats - the kids were given a radio to listen to the sounds of the bats, which all of them including me found absolutely amazing.  I didn't know they made sounds like that, then a walk back through the woods in the dark with our torches which was quite exciting but also a bit spooky” - thanks to Kate - our intrepid reporter!!
