These events will take place in venues including The Gus Fisher Gallery, Objectspace, Masterworks, Anna Miles Gallery, Brendan Adams Front Room Gallery, Te Toi Uku, Corbans Estate Arts Centre and Te Uru, where the annual Portage Ceramic Awards will be on show.

A highlight of the Festival will be Clayathon, a day-long guided and catered bus tour to most of the Auckland Festival of Ceramics venues, taking place on Saturday 14 November.

Also part of the Festival of Ceramics will be Big Clay Day Out on Sunday 6 December at Auckland Studio Potters in Onehunga. This community event celebrates all things ceramics, with a pottery fair, hands-on activities and food.
