We made some Rotary History with our first Online and Club vote, that's some exciting stuff there!!! With Both the help of Sue and Donna both voting through the FB live feed and text we were able to pass a motion.

Diane and Sue have agreed to organize a fun Adult Christmas party for us this year, can't wait to see what they have planned. :) Thanks Diane and Sue. :)
Inn Out of the Cold starts for the season on Nov 7th
We will begin on the schedule Nov 11th and every 2 weeks after that for the season.

Rotary youth exchange - Al has been out to the schools and the first application has been submitted, yay!! :) There are a 4-5 more interested.
We will need to update our police checks - Vulnerable persons check - to be around for kids under 18
Ian has emailed out a letter requesting the check that we can bring in when we do the check. The club will reimburse us for these.
We were able to get through a lot of business during the meeting so the board meeting was quick and to the point. :)

Wade - Eat to learn program- In the past Forest Park has been the recipient of funds and it was brought up about a possible move to Mitchell Hepburn as they are starting a food program and Dave Westaway (Former Forest Park Principal) is now at Mitchell Hepburn and will be heading up the project there.
There was no outstanding business from the last meeting.
