Ian welcomed everyone including our guests Dagmar, Rafael, Speaker Catherine Burton
Scott lead us in the 4 way test.
Catherine Burton from the Canadian Centre for Men and Families as well as about the benefits of Hypnotherapy. She shared information about this new service in our community. It is across Canada and just opened an office in St. Thomas. There are 4 Volunteers but someone is always in the office 9-5 at 120 Wellington (upper floor). It is specifically for men, boys, fathers and families who have suffered some form of trauma/ tragedy. Women will not be turned away as they are part of the family. This is not a residential program but will provide individual and family counselling and support.
Bingo Dates: June 15/ July 30/ August 22nd are our next dates. Thanks to those who already signed up. Any open spaces and Eleanor will ask for help to fill them.

Afghanistan has reported 7 cases and Pakistan 15 cases; there is a Wild Polio Virus 1 found in Iran- similar to regular strain- it is hoped that this can be stopped so transfer does not happen
Did you know that a traveller with Polio brought the disease back into the United States in 1993?
That's a full 14 years after the disease was eradicated from the USA!.
It's good to share with people that Polio is only a plane trip away.
