- Diane welcomed Ann and she was officially inducted into our Club. Welcome Ann!!!
-Diane also welcomed Curtis to the Club, he will officially be inducted at the November meeting. Welcome Curtis!!

- STRCRC has 4 Paul Harris Society Members out of 53 in the District...well done!

Local Community Service - Sandy
- Scott and Sandy met with Amy & Sandy from the Shamrock Shuffle organizing committee, they are willing to assist us this year to help us get familiar with the fundraiser on March 14, 2020. Scott has made a motion and Barb second the motion - committee all in favour for moving forward with receiving more information. Another meeting will be held on November 5, 2019 @ 7pm at Sandy's house @ 6 Montgomery. 
- District Grant letters have been received, there were questions regarding 2, Grace Cafe and Caring Cupboard...could we buy the items and deliver them? We don't see any concerns. 
- Sandy will get back to Wade regarding the food packing day and Poppy Day. 
-Dictionary drop off dates were sent out by Al, let him know if you can help out.

-name badges have been ordered for the new members 
-STRCRC BINGO Poster template has been made by Brian. Poster will be 24x36 hanging up at the BINGO Hall.

- Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to assist with the Christmas Kettles. They are having an orientation day on November 7, 2019, if interested please call Tina at 519-631-6202
- Vibrant Club Seminar is being held in London on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 9-1
- 4 spots available for baking at the Ronald McDonald House

November 2, 2019 - "Vibrant Club Seminar" will be held (replaces Learning Assembly) 
November 6, 2019 - Nov. 6th- Speaker Sue and Diane “Ronald McDonald House” + Baking Activity at 7-  9 p.m.   We have room for 10 bakers to carpool into RMcH with us.  (must be 16 year and over).   Please let us know if you or your partner would like to join this fun event.  All baking gets frozen and served daily at RMH and in the Family Room in LHSC Sick Kids Floor.  It’s a fun way to help create a sense of normal for these families.   Please let Sue know if you can join us .
