Welcome -President Paul @ 5:30 pm

Diane introduced Ethel, who provided an interesting and informative presentation about Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS).  Ethel focused on the impact of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome on a person's life and possible societal approaches to FAS. 

Bill thanked Ethel for her presentation.

Hospice- Diane
A committee meeting was held at 4:30 pm on September 9 at Diane's and Bill's house.   The report had been circulated.

Fundraising - Paul

Local Community Service - Sandy

Approved Motion          
That the club will pay for meals in lieu of meal preparation until the end of the calendar year at a maximum cost of $900. 
The club will reevaluate its support for Inn Out of The Cold for new year once the needs of the program are clearer after IOTC moves to the new building.  

Wildflowers- Bill
Al reported that Wildflowers had 460 customers and made $480.15 in donations for youth programs.  Wildflowers will be accepting donations for the Hospice of Elgin on Friday.  

Horton Street Market- Sandy
Sandy reported on the past week where donations were accepted for Christmas Care and next week will be Food Providers Network.
