Still Looking for a Vice-President.

We welcomed Natalie Redman- Executive Director of Vitim Services Elgin as an official member - Ian was her sponsor

We did the hug train to officially welcome Natalie :)

Fellowship Brainstorming some potential ideas for adult get together, some ideas included -

Unscheduled business 
Sandy asked for support in the way of signatures as a sponsor -  Dowler-Karn is giving away up to 
$75,000 to invest in local projects.  Sandy is looking for $2000 for Inn out of the Cold 

Sandy informed us that Inn out of the cold received a grant from Green Lane for $21,000

Thank you cards we received from - Bob Warnock, Barb Warnock  and Forest Park Public School snack program

There was an update of paid club membership.
Statement Accounts-  Libro Operations $11,376.43    Libro Projects   $5766.78    OLG Bingo $11156.54
Libro Account for signing authority has been taken to Libro. Barb has done this

Helen had receipts for 2 bills totaling $92.02 
Motion - To pay Wade for reimbursement for $92.02 for the changeover and birthday food.

Ian about money being moved from Fish fry, bottle drive and Canadale BBQ - 90% of each totaling
Fish Fry -  $3871.83
Bottle Drive - $91.35
Canadale BBQ-  $ 389.15

Motion - Helen to move 90% of funds from Fish fry, Bottle Drive, Canadale BBQ 
Moved by - Chris  Second - Wade  All Approved

Bingo
Bingo Money is over $10,000 (currently $11,156.54)  but already allocated  towards - BBS, Christmas Care, IOOTC
Bingo shares (amount made this month - $1357.67 yearly total of - $13,912.88 
 
Fundraising
Dinner of the month - talk about whether to run it or not and what to replace it with.  Paul needs report for Dinner of the Month so he can close the license. 

 
Service and Projects
Sandy discussed the large number of projects.  Attention will be paid over the coming year to projects that the club actively supports.
 
Club Administration  
BBQ - $5 per person - potluck, signup sheet, shorts, casual, fun.  Bring your own drinks and chairs 

Discussion was made about a gift for DG Jim
Motion: To give $50 CND cheque  for Rotary international in the name of DG Jim Schlatman
