Do you know what your next Erasmus+ steps should be?

It’s been a busy two months for the Erasmus+ UK team as we held six Information Sessions across the UK, from Scotland to Northern Ireland, introducing newcomers to the programme and showing them what’s possible with Erasmus+ funding. Don’t worry if you couldn’t attend – the presentations from the workshops are now available to access on our website.

2019 Call for the European Solidarity Corps published

The European Commission has released the 2019 European Solidarity Corps Call for Proposals and Guide. The initiative funds projects involving young people that make a difference to society. The documents are available on the Solidarity Corps UK website where you can find all the details including deadlines, project rules, funding levels and application processes.

Erasmus+ funding boosts skills in the UK heritage sector

We are wrapping up the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 with a blog post on the positive impact of Erasmus+ funding for people working in the heritage sector in the UK. More than 1300 staff and students from museums, built and natural heritage, and archaeology, reported on how their experience has increased their skills and confidence in their sectors.

We have been running some workshops exploring how to identify and target stakeholders with tailored messaging and activities.   • Earlier this week we held our winter Learning Networks event, where attendees shared ideas and knowledge in best practice. Take a look at what happened during the event, from helpful workshops to a dedicated networking session, with our round-up.
  • Did you attend one of our Information Sessions? We met over 252 potential Erasmus+ newcomers! Revisit the events by taking a look through the photos – don’t forget to tag yourself in the photos if you attended!
  • The Erasmus+ UK National Agency will be providing a limited service over the festive period between 24 December 2018 and 1 January 2019. Our normal service will resume on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
