FLOWER AND FLOUR
A NOTE FROM OWNERS M A T T & K A L E O
Flower and Flour is a place to gather and celebrate all of life’s moments. We are committed to stewarding a welcoming environment, inspiring creativity and building community through our coffee, bakery and blooms! We decided to open Flower and Flour after spending a year living in Hawaii, seeing and being so inspired by many of their local shops and how they treated each other with a spirit of aloha it made us want to bring the same kind of experience to our home town.

S H O P 1032 Space, the founder is our longtime friend and big time supporter. His shop in OKC is one of a kind, he carries brands you can't find here and puts so much thought and care into what he carries and how he presents them. If you haven't stopped by his shop it is a must in OKC.
E A T We love everything about Black Walnut from the atmosphere, staff and of course the menu. Our personal favorites on the menu are the Baked Chève, Lamb Ribs and the Honey Roasted Lavender Chicken but you really just can't go wrong!

Eôté and Deep Deuce Grill are two places we recommend the most. Eôté's coffee is amazing but what always stands out to us is their staff and vibe of the shop, with the train going by and the whole layout of the building it makes you feel like you are in Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Deep Deuce Grill is also right next door to our shop and we frequent there often.
