Visiting this weekend?
Take a stroll along Walker Avenue and visit local retailers during the Holiday Shop Hop. There will be outdoor sidewalk shopping, sips & snacks, and a sock & glove drive for the Homeless Alliance. This will take place December 10-12 and December 17-19 during normal business hours.
After you have shopped local storefronts in the district, make time to stop by the Holiday Pop-Up Shops where you can shop a wide range of local vendors in one convenient spot.
This weekend is the final Saturday of Lights On Broadway in Automobile Alley. Join us from 4-8pm for one last opportunity to shop discounts and promotions throughout the district with free, fun, holiday programming and stunning holiday light displays during Lights On Broadway. Haven't gotten your photo with Santa in a Snow Globe? He's returning! Bring the kids to get the perfect picture and share their holiday wishes with the big man himself. For a full list of participating businesses and promotions, visit downtownindecember.com/lights-on-broadway.

Opening Night, OKC’s New Year’s Eve celebration produced by Arts Council Oklahoma City, will not be a ticketed event this year. Instead, the event will be a free, virtual livestream experience for the entire community. After several internal discussions, the decision was made to turn Opening Night into a virtual livestream event for the health and safety of the community.
Myriad Botanical Gardens sparkles bright during the holiday season with lights, ice skating, Crystal Bridge displays and other special programs.
However, this year, they’ve had to scale back some of their popular activities and events. Unfortunately, the Myriad Gardens has decided they cannot open the Devon Ice Rink this season.
To take advantage of these services, property owners must have tree limbs stacked neatly curbside no later than 5pm on Friday, December 11. Please contact us if you cannot meet this deadline.
Downtown OKC Partnership’s goal is to ensure downtown sidewalks and public spaces are ready to welcome visitors during this holiday season.
If you missed the premier of the the Oklahoma City Tree Lighting Festival presented by SONIC Foundation, don't worry! This holiday program is available to stream at any time. Whether you're watching it for the first time or the fifth, we hope you enjoy.
The program is available to watch online now through the end of the holiday season. An encore performance is tentatively scheduled to air on News 9 on December 15 at 8pm. For more information, visit downtownindecember.com.
CARGO ROOM
A NOTE FROM OWNER H E A T H E R P A R S O N S
At Cargo Room we are no strangers to unique shopping experiences. In 2014 our business started from inside of a 12ft concession cargo trailer and has since planted roots within a converted pink shipping container in Automobile Alley. We love our small spaces because it allows us to really build strong relationships with our customers. Our favorite saying within our team is that if you walk through our doors, we most definitely will become friends!
H E A T H E R ' S P I C K S
S H O P My favorite place to shop is OKcollective Candle Co. I not only adore the owners, Kelli and Jessi, but I absolutely love every candle they introduce. They also carry a variety of cards, soaps, and other little goodies, so I often find myself running over to grab a little gift for any occasion.
E A T My favorite place to eat is Iguana Mexican Grill. Iguana was one of my favorite restaurants in the city for many years, so since moving our business right across the street, my obsession has only grown stronger!
P L A Y I always love meeting friends over at the Parlor and will recommend it to all my out of town customers. They have a variety of food and drink options, a great patio, and I just love their cozy vibe.
