HAPPY EARTH DAY OKC
Show love by keeping our city, our state, and our Earth clean and friendly.
LEARNING WITH THE LIBRARY

The Digital and Special Collections teams at the Oklahoma Metropolitan Library have put together a series of tours for cycling and walking that provide historical information about the city at every stop. These tours are great for getting out of the house, breathing some fresh air, and stretching your legs and brain.

Routes can be enjoyed from the car, through cycling, on foot, or even from home on any internet-connected device. Regardless of how you choose to tour, you will still need to exercise caution and maintain an awareness of your surroundings and follow safety guidelines.

Find more information and all of the current tours here at metrolibrary.org/okctours.

CITY BOX

CITYBOX is a collaborative effort amongst local businesses to give people the opportunity to support and experience local retail in the midst of hard times.

The CITYBOX brings the experience of several local Oklahoma City retailers to your living room. When you buy a CITYBOX, you are not only helping a number of local retailers, you are creating an experience in your home to connect with your family and friends through food, drinks, and goods. Show your support by purchasing a CITYBOX at cityboxokc.com.
ACTIVE DURING ISOLATION

Stay active during isolation by taking walks on downtown sidewalks while staying socially distant from others, or going on an evening bike ride. Another great way to engage in activity is through online classes such as yoga, barre, bootcamp, and more. We have compiled a list of downtown businesses and organizations offering virtual classes.

» 405 Yoga
» Hidden Dragon Yoga
» New Angle Yoga
» Sweet Yield Studio
» YMCA

2020 CENSUS

Now is a great time to show your state support by taking the 2020 Census. This is our opportunity to get the federal funding for healthcare, education, congressional representation and more that Oklahoma City deserves.

Taking the 2020 Census is easy. You can take it online, on paper by mail, or on the phone. For more information, visit okc.gov/cesnus.
