By owning businesses and being an empowering force in the community, they inspire women throughout Oklahoma City and beyond. This month in our Local Spotlight, we will specifically feature women-owned businesses and community leaders. We encourage you to show them your support throughout the month of March, and all year round.

Hi there. I am Chelsey and I own Salt and Water Apothecary we are a retail and spa providing intentional safe skincare, makeup, and hair as well as esthetics and hair services. I love exploring the new shops popping up around downtown, but my tried and true are Plenty Mercantile and Shop Good in Automobile Alley. I love Rarebird, the new shop in the Omni as well, it is so thoughtful.

 E A T
This is such a loaded question! For a grab-and-go breakfast, I love Sincerely Coffee. For a nice lunch, I'm choosing Kitchen 324. My dinner choice is for sure the Jones Assembly.

 P L A Y
I have a 9-year-old and we could play at Scissortail Park all day long.

Providing women with the tools to feel confident goes far beyond the perfect lipstick. Focusing on a less is more approach empowers women to do less, creating moments and rituals for all lifestyles.
