DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY
JUNE 28 | KERR PARK

Downtown Employee Appreciation Day will take place on Tuesday, June 28 from 11am-2pm at Kerr Park! Join Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership for a lunchtime event in the park featuring live music from Spunk Adams, free cold treats, and pop-up booths and activities by various downtown organizations and services.

Purchase your lunch from one of the food trucks, or bring your own, and learn more about the different amenities available to downtown employees. The event is come-and-go and free and open to everyone. Participating food trucks with food available for purchase include Taste of Soul Egg Rolls, Blue J's Rollin Grill, Split Top Dogs, Bondi Bowls, and Psycho Taco, and Wicked Hangry. Complimentary cold treats from Wondervan Pops and giveaways will be available while supplies last, courtesy of Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership. Arrive at the event stress-free by taking a FREE ride on the OKC Streetcar.

2022 OKC PRIDEFEST
JUNE 24-26 | DOWNTOWN OKC

The OKC Pride Alliance will host the 2022 OKC PrideFest this Friday, June 24 and take place through Sunday, June 26 at Scissortail Park. On Friday night visitors will find live performances at the Love's Travel Stop Stage & Great Lawn from local musicians and DJs with a headline act from G Flip.

Then, Saturday morning be sure to find a spot to watch the PrideFest Parade in downtown Oklahoma City starting at 10am. Fun programming, live music, activities, and performances will take place all weekend long including a Family Fun Zone and Vendor Marketplace. Whether you identify as a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ Community or you are a proud ally, we encourage you to participate in these festive events. The Make Ready Market returns to the Make Ready Building (220 NW 13th St.) this Saturday, June 25, from 11am-4pm. The Make Ready Market is OKC's only all-handmade makers market and is held on the fourth Saturday of every month.

STARS AND STRIPES RIVER FESTIVAL
JUNE 25 | RIVERSPORT OKC

The Riversport OKC Stars & Stripes River Festival will take place this Saturday, June 25 in the Boathouse District. This Independence Day themed festival combines Riversport Adventures with whitewater rafting, racing throughout the day, great food, and live music. Be sure to stick around, the evening will end with spectacular fireworks.

Then, the celebration continues on Saturday, July 2, with Riversport’s Stars & Stripes Block Party where families can also enjoy traditional Fourth of July activities including a watermelon eating contest, yard games, grilled hot dogs and burgers, and fireworks at dusk. SONIC SUMMER MOVIES
JUNE 29 | MYRIAD GARDENS

The Sonic Summer Movies at the Myriad Botanical Gardens return beginning next Wednesday, June 29 on the Devon Lawn with a showing of 2021’s Space Jam: A New Legacy. There will be fun and games starting at 7pm with food trucks and beverages available for purchase.

RED EARTH GALLERY

The Red Earth Art Center features regularly scheduled exhibits and promotes the art and culture of Indigenous artists. Currently on display is "What We Wear", a collection of work created by twelve indigenous artists which exemplify the modern design of clothing and adornment worn by tribal citizens.
