Hello <<First Name>>

hoping you are feeling full of delicious festive noms
and overflowing with love from your family and loved ones
YOU are an awesome human bean

to celebrate the new year and thank YOU for an amazing MMXVI
I have decided to release something brand new, random and fun

having often spoken about how I play around with sounds and explore possibilities,
this is one of these such tracks (that I hope you can have a dance to on NYE)
and it is called FNK

you can listen to FNK right now
available on all the usual places online

iTunes  -  SoundCloud  -  Spotify

the first of many new ventures
if you want to hear more, let me know!
in other notsobignews...
Brewery Blues + Christmas Blues + new songs
nothing quite like a good Brewery Blues show and my co-headline Christmas Special with Elles Bailey and her superb band was spectacular!
the lovely Elles' set was brilliant as usual, and our song WHAT IF I was a highlight of her set for me, as I played keys and harmonised -
and also ended up jamming along to her encore just for fun!
Huge hats off in recognition to both Zack (bass) and Tony (drums) from Elles' band who had not only learnt my songs but ended up playing them live on stage without rehearsal
- a loud gig, but a festively joyous one!
and our final encore, sung together on stage for the first time, was my Christmas song CHRISTMAS BLUES, which went down fabulously with a flurry of laughter, dancing and applause - super mega awesome night!
BBC Radio
Elles and I had a great time at BBC Radio Gloucestershire with Steve Kitchen the night before our Brewery Blues Christmas show - where we also played live on air a super-spontaneous ukulele rendition of said Christmas Blues
THANK YOU BBC Glos again for having us
and in case you missed it
LOST was kindly called a “cracking tune” by Mark Forrest, who featured it on his National BBC Radio Show (1:50:50)
I finished writing my brand new song HOME by finding a second verse and middle 8, am really enjoying playing it through, which is always a good sign!
also wrote a new song with Elles
entitled MISADVENTURE when she was over the other day to talk through her new music video, which I will be shooting + editing -
very exciting start to the new year ahead
in gratitude

2016 has been quite a remarkable year with the biggest moment being the release of my 2nd studio album
Curiouser and Curiouser George

I have been truly heartened by all your kind support and encouragement
if you get a moment over this holiday season, may I please ask if you would be kind enough to write a few words, as a review, and/or give some stars to show your enjoyment of my new Curiouser album
on either iTunes or Amazon - or both!

(the reason is - the more stars I get and reviews people write, the more chance I have of my music being discovered by new folks!)
I can only do this with your help

with deep gratitude and appreciation
wishing you a magnificent and Happy New Year

be excellent
party on, folks!!

Love Hugs Smiles
ciao ciao
