Sub-Saharan Africa stands out as the region where access to modern energy (both electricity and clean cooking solutions) is most lacking. The International Energy Agency has published the Africa Energy Outlook which analyzes the situation and advances scenarios and suggestions. The workshop is a presentation of this Outlook and promotes the debate of scholars, policy makers and cooperation practitioners.

L’Agenzia Internazionale dell’Energia ha pubblicato l'Africa Energy Outlook che analizza la situazione e delinea scenari e proposte. Il seminario presenta l'Outlook e promuove il dibattito tra studiosi, responsabili politici e operatori della cooperazione allo sviluppo.
