Ticket Sales Ending Soon: Steak & Seafood
We are thrilled by the response and excitement from our community for the Booster Club’s Annual Steak and Seafood Dinner and Microbrew Tasting on Saturday, January 28! Although general ticket sales have closed, there are still a few ways for you to attend and support this year’s event.
Underwrite the event for $500 or $750. Underwriters receive event tickets and marketing exposure while also providing additional support to our Falcon athletes!
A Reserved Tables for 10 includes complimentary drink tickets, wine at your table, and the ability to secure seating for you and your family and friends!

Join Our Career Fair!
Want to inspire current students? Join other parents and alumni on March 6 for Career Dayto help our Falcons explore potential educational/career paths. Let us know if you or your company/organization would like to be present during the career fair portion of our Career Day in the gym from 11:40 AM – 1:15 PM on Monday, March 6. The career fair consists of three 30-minute free-form sessions in the gym: students walk up to the table, ask questions, and make connections. It’s a neat opportunity for both the adults involved and our current Falcons. Career-related items to demonstrate, display, or share with students is a great way to engage.
Questions? Contact Michelle Crimmins.

Saturday Academy's Apprenticeships in Science & Engineering Program: Applications Open Soon!
The Apprenticeships in Science & Engineering (ASE) program connects motivated high school students with mentors in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), pre-professional internships. The driving value behind the ASE program is that the interns should contribute to and learn from the mentor's work.
|
|
|
Internships are eight-week, full-time summer positions, designed by mentors themselves. These internships take place throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Mentor organizations include universities, hospitals, research institutions, and private companies. The application process is competitive, with more than 400 applicants each year for approximately 110 positions. ASE internships attract rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors from throughout the Northwest, and roughly 70% of interns are from backgrounds historically excluded from the sciences. ASE interns have been listed in published research, helped to design and test commercial products, and spent countless hours in the field and in the lab.
