Record investments in capital repairs

At the recent Board of Directors meeting, a number of contracts were approved for the 2014 State of Good Repair program that will deliver repairs to buildings across our portfolio, improving the quality of life for thousands of residents while delivering value to the City of Toronto. With these approvals, we are now past the halfway mark in our deployment of $128 million this year as part of our 10-year capital repair plan.

For details on these items, and other items that the board approved, see the news release on our website.
