This October 1st meeting will be dedicated to discussing last Wednesday's Community Input meeting at the Loring Bar + Restaurant. There will be no formal presentation of the Dinkytown development project proposed by CA Ventures this Tuesday.
The most likely date of a new presentation of the project will be at the November Land Use + Development Committee meeting on Tuesday, November 5th.

CA Ventures would like to build a high-density, mixed use building at 407 15th Avenue SE, 1428 5th Street SE, 1413-1417 4th Street SE, and 1412 5th Street SE (impacted businesses include McDonald's, Pagoda, the former Himalayan, Five Guys and Dinkytown Wine & Spirits)
This project is slated to be a 25-story tower anchored toward the corner of 5th Street SE and 15th Avenue SE. Project is estimated for 350-400 dwelling units (approximately 1000 beds). Approximately 240 parking stalls will be included, as will be ground floor commercial uses. FURTHER READING
