Sethu Bandhasana, or the Bridge pose. The main benefits of this  posture is to stretch and strengthen the lower back.

In the basic Sivananda Hatha Yoga Class we practice the bridge after the shoulderstand and the plough. The bridge acts as a counterpose to complement and enhance the benefits of the previous Asana. It assists the body in releasing any tension that may have built up in the thoracic and lumbar regions of the spine. Moving in and out of the posture strengthens the abdominal and lower back muscles, making the spine more supple.

Try to keep your knees and feet close together, and the legs stretched as far forward as possible.

If you can place your hands/wrists in the lower back, it also helps to strengthen your wrists, keeping them supple as well..

The Sanskrit name Sethu Bandhasana means "bridge-building-pose", referring to the way the body creates a perfect arch from head to toe.
