Tips & Recipes of the Month
Here's a sampling of my tips and recipes from this month. For more, follow me on Facebook!

Dry Clean, Then Wet Clean
Do all of your "dry" cleaning (dusting, wiping down with a dry cloth, etc) first. Once that's done, do all of your "wet" cleaning. The more you can take care of with a dry cloth, the less streaking, spreading of dirt or potential for spilling you have.

Fit Sweet Potato & Egg Cupcakes
Roast one sweet potato in the oven at 350 degrees until slightly firm (about 30 minutes). Peel, slice and place in the bottom of a greased cupcake pan. Saute an onion, two bell peppers and a handful of spinach in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and place evenly on top of sweet potato slices in cupcake pan. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 cup hot sauce (or other yummy sauce), cubes of pepper jack cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon each of Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of sweet potato and veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Simple Homemade Apple/Pear Sauce
Make homemade sauce with apples and/or pears that are in season. Peel and chop and put in a crock pot. Add vanilla and cinnamon to your liking, 1/4-1/2 cup of water and cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8. When done blend or serve chunky. Goes great with pork chops! Freeze extra in small containers and then pop in a kids lunch it will keep their sammie cold and defrost by lunch.

Wild Orange Apple Water
For a tasty spin on water, add 2-3 drops of dōTERRA Wild Orange essential oil and a few apple slices to a quart mason jar of water in the morning (or evening for an all day treat). Leave it on the counter with a lid on and sip on it after work or school (or all day if you remembered in the evening).

Product Line Update

When I haven't been cooking and cleaning, I've been developing homemade cleaning products for use in client homes. Lo and behold, my clients LOVE the products! So I'm working on making them available to you to use or give as gifts. I use only natural ingredients, sourced locally when possible. To add that nice, clean smell, I'm utilizing dōTERRA essential oils from my friend and fellow small business owner, Melissa Kulp (check out her raw honey
here!). Stay tuned for more information on how you can purchase Green Clean by G cleaning products!

Find & Review Me on Yelp

I so appreciate my customers and their opinion matters! Have I cleaned or cooked for you? If so, I'd love it if you took a moment to review me
here! If not, check out reviews here and schedule me to help you!
