What's New…

The Last Two Quarters..have seen significant orders from both new and existing customers including Amsafe Bridport, Babcock International, GKN Hydrid, Roxel (UK), Thompson Valves, Trescal, Ultra Electronics and the University of West of England. All the projects are unique and diverse and the Martech team are enjoying rising to the challenge.

What we’ve been working on…

Amsafe QuickDrop
Quick Drop Control Hardware… Amsafe Bridport have ordered eighty ECUs and cable assemblies to meet an order from a European Air Force for their QuickDrop™ units.  QuickDrop™ is an innovative helicopter under-slung cargo strop (long-line) that allows cargo loads to be remotely released from the aircraft cabin. This capability enables an aircraft operator to deliver cargo independently of ground-crew. The remote release of cargo from the aircraft facilitates safer cargo delivery, reduces the risk to personnel and increases operational tempo.
Thompson Valves Test Booth
Blast safe manual test stations… Offering increased operator protection, we are designing and manufacturing these test stations for IMI Precision Engineering - Thompson Valves. The booths will be fully interlocked, constructed from polycarbonate and aluminium and have options to test valves under pressures of 6000psi and 18000psi using nitrogen, helium, air or water. The design includes remote camera monitoring, sniffer and noise detection for leaks, and will have numerous safety features built in including a torso guard with sleeves, a traffic light systems for safe operation, multiple emergency stops and interlocked guards to ensure the removable lid, for crane access, is securely replaced before testing begins.
Octopus 120+ Geophysical Thermal Printer

Thermal Printing Technology… We manufacture two types of continuous printer, Octopus 120+ & 200+, for applications in geophysical survey and military sonar data presentation. We also custom build for specialist applications as well as upgrading and repairing most other manufacturers’ models.
