Christian Bodiguel, Executive Head Chef of the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, is celebrating 32 years onboard. Up to 180 guests are served on each journey from a galley kitchen the size of a small corridor.
The VSOE travels across Europe throughout the season : Venice, Prague, Budapest, Vienna, Istanbul, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The sector between Brenner to Innsbruck is really stunning as the train climbs up into the Alps.
Christian Bodiguel is inspired by the destinations and the seasons.
Christian Bodiguel and his staff are using many Bron-Coucke mandolins since years. He is buying these mandolins from Ets Lejeune in Asnières -  France. No doubt that these mandolins give him entire satisfaction.

Sexy Fish is an Asian Fish and seafood restaurant located on the south east corner of Berkeley Square in Mayfair, London. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and decorated with artwork from Damien Hirst, Frank Gehry and Michael Roberts, the look and feel is mid-century glamour. The restaurant is open until 2am, with a resident DJ all week long. A private dining space, where the EuroCave products are housed, The Coral Reef Room is located on the lower ground floor and houses two of the largest live coral reef tanks in the world! The bar holds one of the world’s biggest collections of Japanese whiskies.
The wine cabinets are an integral part of the décor. It’s aesthetically pleasing for the restaurant’s clients to see the bottles behind the smoked-glass doors, and they can tell that the wines serves to them are kept in ideal conditions

The major advantage of using EuroCave products on this project was their functionality and price compared to designing, building and installing a ‘Wine Wall’. The cost was more than a third less. With a brilliant service offer to install the product and a speedy delivery.

After a quite tough tender, Tournus Equipement has been selected by HCTS (Kitchen and Laundry Consultant, based in Dubai), to supply the storage (shelving units and mobile shelving system), transportation (GN trolleys) and hygiene sections (hand wash basin, knife sterilisation and insect killers), the installation was awarded to Basco Dubai.

Thanks to its easy assembly ( no tools are required and only one person can assemble a 5m length in 5  minutes), its high load capacity and its fitting to the international standards NF, NSF and GS, Tournus Shelving system is being selected  by numerous international operators and end-users.
