Autumn Last year The Beaumont ,the first hotel by Corbin & King, the London restaurateurs behind The Wolseley, The Delaunay , Café Colbert and Brasserie Zedel, few of the  leading restaurants in the capital, opened to very selected public.

A luxury, 5 star Mayfair hotel, few minutes from Bond Street and Hyde Park  with just 50 rooms, 13 studios and 10 suites, The Beaumont occupies a historic 1926 building overlooking Brown Hart Gardens.

The Beaumont in London has been named the best new luxury hotel in 2014 by Luxury Travel Intelligence for its Art Deco-inspired rooms and ‘perfect service’. Rosinox is proud to be part of this success having equipped all the kitchens… It has been a very long project to follow, but having seen the outcome it was worth waiting and thank you to SHW and Corbin & King for continuous trusting. ASPETAR is one of the world’s leading orthopaedic and sports medicine hospitals. Through the delivery of excellence in sports medicine, physiotherapy, sports science, orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation, Aspetar services the needs of football and Sports Clubs and Federations, and regularly services international athletes and professional sportspeople (Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, the football players of the Paris Saint-Germain...).
 



The hospital has its own kitchen managed by the French Chef David Sosson. He chose to equip his kitchen with a CAPITOP, the unique piece of equipment that combines a kettle with a removable mixing arm and a multipurpose bratt pan.
In the restaurant, he proposes an à la carte menu and a caterer menu from 100 to 150 covers. The CAPITOP allows him to prepare these two kinds of menu, thanks to the kettle and the bratt pan. “Indeed, if I have to prepare one hundred meals, I can easily and quickly use my recipes with this compact appliance which takes up little space”, Davis Sosson says.

Tournus EQUIPEMENT has been very proud to design and manufacture the fine dining buffets for two hotels belonging to the Carlson Rezidor Group in Libreville, Gabon, in the factory in Burgundy area, France.
A few minutes away from Libreville, in a heavenly place along the beach, this resort includes a 172 room four stars Park Inn and the famous Okoume Palace, a 230 room five stars Radisson Hotel. This project included 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 cafeteria.
