Fauldhouse and Breich Valley Community Development Trust and Cyrenians are supporting older people in West Lothian to get online, use video calls, send emails and buy phones/computers. Other services available include Blether Buddies, Mail Mates and weekly activity packs.

United to Prevent Suicide is a new unifying identity for suicide prevention in Scotland. This new approach aims to build a social movement of people with a shared belief in preventing suicide.

Carers of West Lothian is hosting a virtual information event via Zoom for all unpaid carers, disabled adults and professionals working in West Lothian.

West Lothian Council wants to hear from you about the development of the West Lothian Suicide Prevention Action Plan. To participate in this consultation, please fill out the online survey by 25 October.

This month is Self-care September. Self-care can help boost your confidence, build your resilience allow you to thrive. Action for Happiness has created an action calendar to help promote self-care and give you some ideas on how to be kinder to yourself.
