Crank-out casement windows can be hinged at the side or at the top, allowing for excellent ventilation. Easy-to-operate crank handles fold when not in use for a neat appearance. A Roto gear operator is used to open and close the sash tightly to the frame. Multiple weather strips help to prevent air infiltration.
Dual arm hinges allow crank-out casements to be opened 90-degrees for cleaning from the interior. Multi-point locks are standard on most units, offering convenience and security. Crank-out casement screens are offered with the option of extruded frames, wood frames or retractable/concealed units. All screens are mounted to the interior and include Phifer BetterVue screen mesh.
