The Writers Work Conference is next week! Do not miss this opportunity. If you're wondering what it's like, here is an overview:
Doors open at 10am. You'll be greeted by some of the friendliest people in New York and receive a gorgeous Writers Work journal and extra goodies.
Enjoy coffee and breakfast snacks while meeting your fellow attendees. Don't be surprised if you leave this conference with a new best friend. This is an extremely friendly and supportive environment.
Our first workshop starts at 11am with Frank Flaherty, author of The Elements of Story. As a former professor of journalism at NYU and Columbia, Frank will be teaching a master-level workshop on dynamic writing.
Are you in control of your writing career? The more work you do now to build your audience, voice, and mailing list, the more control you'll have over the future of your writing, whether you plan to self-publish or traditionally publish. Learn how just 5 minutes a day will change your writing forever!
Time to feed your creativity. Enjoy a yummy lunch with your fellow attendees. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email me at Tracy@writerswork.org and I'll make sure you're covered.
Have you ever wondered what it's like to work with one of the most famous authors of our time? Have you wondered what it's like to have a bestseller? How about changing genres without losing your audience? In this intimate Q&A, you can ask Andrew Gross any questions you might have about the publishing world. If you have one of his fourteen bestsellers, make sure to bring them along for a signing!
Do you have an interesting and concise description of your story? During this fast paced and fun workshop you'll get feedback from a literary agent and publisher on your elevator pitch. If you want to be one of the pitchers, make sure to purchase the pitch feedback ticket (At other conferences, you'll pay over $100 for an opportunity like this but with Writers Work it's only $15!).
I truly hope to see you at the conference. I know it will make a huge impact on your writing. If you have any questions, email me at tracy@writerswork.org. I'd love to hear from you!

Don't forget to join the Facebook group page for Writers Work! This is a great place to find or organize a writer's group, post questions, suggest topics for upcoming conferences, announce your successes and so much more!
Write on,
Tracy Sayre
