Get Your Kids (Yes, even your picky ones) to Choose Whole Foods and Feel Better in 12 Weeks!
Managing your child’s health, learning, and behavior struggles can be overwhelming. I’ve been there myself as a mother of three children with a variety of diagnoses including allergies, asthma, anxiety, attention issues, sensory processing disorder, and communication struggles. I have first hand experience using diet changes to manage symptoms and getting my own picky eaters to transform their eating habits and their health. The secret to our success has been including the kids in the process and empowering them to make healthy choices. You can do this too!
This fall I will be offering an online, group program that will guide you through teaching your kids to set personal goals, journaling about their choices, understanding the difference between processed and whole foods, trying new foods, understanding the hidden dangers in processed food, and learning to listen to their body.
This 12 week program includes:
* Weekly group sessions that you can participate in from the comfort of your own home,
* A digital copy of the Gutsy Families book for children,
* Weekly activities and journal pages to complete with your kids,
* Lots of recipes and tips,
* Access to a special group Facebook page for group collaboration, and
* E-mail support between sessions.
Weekly sessions will be held virtually on Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 pm beginning September 3, 2015 and run through November 19, 2015. If you miss a session, you will be able to view a recorded session.
