Next week will see a change in the NHS Complaints Advocacy Service in Surrey. From 1st April, these services will be delivered by Healthwatch Surrey with our new partner Advocacy in Surrey.
We would be grateful if you can update your information with the contact details below. The new web pages are live and publicity materials will be available shortly. Posters and leaflets about the advocacy service can be ordered here.
We are planning to expand and develop the service throughout the next year. We will be offering home visits and telephone support. People will also be able to meet their advocates by appointment in any of the Surrey Hubs situated throughout the County. Those people who are currently being supported by an advocate should experience a seamless handover and, for the most part, they will continue to be supported by the same advocates.
