What do older people think about primary care services?

We have released a new report (23rd March) investigating what people aged 65 years and over think about GP, dentists, pharmacies and other primary care services in Surrey.

Although most were happy with the care they received, many people also raised a number of concerns. We are urging decision makers in Surrey to listen.

We have put together a short report on what people told us during the Listening Tour: Winter 2015/16.

Included in the report is breakdown of the polling results and some examples of the experiences and views we heard.

Could you or someone you know benefit from a Patient Passport?

The Patient Passport has been designed to help health professionals give the best possible care for our individual needs.

The passport can be completed
online and printed off to be taken with you to hospital to be shown to any nurses, doctors or healthcare workers you come into contact with.
