For the rest of September you can enjoy dancing on Sunday afternoons to some great musicians at Fremantle Park Centre from 1.30 to 5pm. Entry is only $5 members and $10 guests. We're still not able to have four piece bands on account of the noise restrictions of our liquor licence. However members and guests have really enjoyed the solo artists and duos (along with one trio) that have played for us recently. We hope it won't be long before we are able to book bigger bands as well.
If you haven't already done so we encourage you to join or renew your membership at the club or here: Membership. Social membership is only $10 with full membership costing $45 or $35 for concession card holders.
The jackpot is now worth $1000 and full members can be in the running to win it if they are at the club on Sunday afternoon and financial. I'm sorry to tell you that the Bistro will not be open on Sundays for roast lunch until further notice. ROCKIN' ROD is playing again this Sunday. This will be the third time he's played for us and our Sunday crowd really love dancing to his music.
The following Sunday (20th) we'll be welcoming a new band to the club: CHAIN REACTION DUO. Dynamic duo Dianne and Phil are from the well-known band Chain Reaction. They sing and play guitar, saxophone and harmonica over professional backing tracks and we're sure you'll really enjoy dancing to their music.
Then on Sunday 27th we welcome back HAYFEVER DUO (from the band Hayfever) who were such a hit when they played for us last time.
