Adcutech finished its 2013/14 Financial Year on 30 June and things are looking rosy.
Thanks to the hard work of the team we have built over the last 18 months, plus the continued support of our customers we have seen continued growth from year to year. The order book is looking healthy and Adcutech are confident that 2014/15 will carry on in the same vain.
In order to ensure we can continue to meet the sometimes demanding requirements of all our customers we are constantly on the look out for staff to strengthen our team. During Q3 & Q4 we recruited 3 new members Andy Gibbons, Stuart Chatten & Kevin Goodman all with numerous years worth of experience in engineering and production planning.
With the new staff, production software, policies and procedures we have in place we are on the right track to growing Adcutech further.
Not only are we seeing a growth in the requirement for our subcontract services, supplying quality precision components to our customers designs but we are also seeing an increased level of interest in the custodial service hatches that we design and build in house.
The hatches are now fully approved by The Home Office, and have had extensive life testing. Custodial Review Magazine recently ran an article featuring Adcutech hatches that had been fitted in Milton Keynes. The full article is available on our website http://adcutech.co.uk/
Finally here are our top tips for the new financial year:
1. Refresh your vision of success
2. Don’t neglect adminstration
3. Manage your customer relationships
4. Get the best from your suppliers
5. Celebrate your success
