News for our new Financial Year

Already half way through 2016 and July leads us into a new financial year for Adcutech.

Thank you for all your continued business during the last 12 months.  Your business and our continued improvements & investments allowed us to finish the year with higher than expected growth.

We have had a few changes along the way with the recruitment of 2 new staff to strengthen our team. Richard Wadiun and Sam Ruane.   Richard worked for us back in 2007 but decided to try his luck in Australia.  He returned to the UK in 2015 and having followed our progress over that time decided he would like to, once again, be a part of our team.  Sam, is our young budding turner who has joined us with enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn.

We have also made capital investment during the year.


A new Haas milling centre was delivered in March.  This has enabled us to increase capacity and improve efficiency.  The Haas high performance Super Speed milling centre provides high spindle speed, fast rapids and quick tool change for high volume production and reduced cycle times. The addition of this Haas completes our suite of VF-2SS high performance milling centres, allowing us to reduce the cycle times of components that were historically machined on old VF0E machines.

To keep up with technology and ensure we are able to inspect the complex precision components we manufacture we have also invested in the latest CNC CMM Measuring Machine, the Axiom Too.

With the new staff, production equipment, policies and procedures we are confident that we can work with our customers, offering the best solution to their production requirements.  Increased capacity and improved efficiency will enable us to offer shorter lead-times complimenting the planned and scheduled parts delivery schemes we already have in place.
