May 27th - Emanuel Closing Service & 8th Grade Graduation
The 2020-2021 school closing service & 8th grade graduation will be combined into one event this year and will take place on Thursday, May 27th at 7:00pm in the church.
This combined service will give our students and families in Preschool-7th grade an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the achievements of our 8th graders as they transition on to their next stage of life. All Preschool-8th grade families are invited to attend. The entire event - closing service and graduation - will be around 45 minutes total. Masks are encouraged, but not required.

Congratulations to Carolynn B. who is the 8th grade Valedictorian and to Evan R. who is the 8th grade Salutatorian!  Evan will give the welcome address and Carolynn will give the farewell address during the graduation portion of the service on May 28th.

As we close out the 20-21 school year together as a school family, we join together in congratulating our 8th grade class and pray that the Lord will continue to guide and bless them as they travel the path He has in store for each one of them.

May 28th - Last Day Picnic, Clean up, and Awards
On the last day of school, all students in K-8 will be heading down to Hatten Park for a series of activities and lunch in the park. Students ordering hot lunch will be served lunch at the park; students not ordering lunch should bring along a sack lunch that does not need to be microwaved. Students will then walk back to school after lunch for final clean up of the classrooms and final awards activity in the gym.

Parents are welcome to attend the final awards activity in the gym starting at 2:00 pm. Doors will be opened at 1:50 pm. Masks are encouraged, but not required. As the students will be sitting in the bleachers, we ask that parents stand socially distanced along the sides of the gym. Students will be dismissed at the regular time of 3:05 pm.

If you would like to still purchase a 2020-2021 yearbook. There are a few left. The cost is $11. First come, first serve. Please contact Mrs. Eidenberger if you would like one.
