Wrapping up Another Great Year

Firstly I would like to Welcome our new clients this year, it’s been wonderful to have you entrust your valuable business with us and we hope that you are enjoying the excellent service we have to offer.

Secondly Thank you to all of our clients for your support and business, many of you have been with me for a number of years and your loyalty is greatly appreciated. 

As the business grows and we enter our 4th year next year, we are excited to announce that we will be taking on an administrator next year so I can spend more time looking after your properties and making new connections to grow our All About Property Management Family. It will also give me more time to make contact with you to ensure you know what is happening with your property all of the time and for us to acknowledge the importance of having your business entrusted with us. Watch out for the announcement of our new staff member in the next newsletter.

Christmas News and Hours

It seems that Christmas arrives so quickly each year and this one is no exception. It’s fantastic to see everyone getting into the Festive Spirit already; many of your tenants have had their Christmas trees up since November! 

For our managed landlords we have offered them an opportunity to say Thank You to their tenants by arranging Westfield Vouchers on their behalf.  Each year this is a big hit with our tenants and we find that happy appreciated tenants are more inclined to take good care of the properties and meet their tenancy obligations. 

We also like to spread the Christmas joy here at All About Property Management. This year we are doing something a little different and making it more about the kids. We have a colouring competition for ages 12 and under and are offering some great art prize packs for the winners. We love to support learning in many ways and art is such a fun way to express children’s creativity. This year’s competition also promotes safety and awareness around animals, to find out more please have a look at their website as they have some valuable insight everyone should be aware of.
We have three great colouring prize packs to give away so if you have a child 12 or under who loves to colour and wants to enter our competition, you can download the colouring competition form here. Christmas Hours

Our business hours over the Christmas and New Year break will be as follows:
  • 24th December 2015– 9am to 1pm
  • 25th December to 4th January 2016 – The office is closed but we are available via mobile (0210555712) for anything urgent. We will also be checking emails but this will not be as often as usual so please make sure you phone us if it is urgent. Otherwise we will be in touch when the office re-opens. 
  • The office will resume normal business hours from Tuesday 5th January 2016

What is your Investment Worth

We find reviewing rents on a regular basis ensures a good return for our landlords and keeps our properties up to date with the current market values. We base our prices on historic information such as the statistics provided by Tenancy Services so we can see the trend happening in each suburb.  We also look at what is currently available for rent to see where each property fits in the current market. There has been a steady increase in rents over the past few months; this is often due to change of seasons, school holidays and public holidays. Spring always generates good market growth and movement as people are motivated by the end of Winter and the anticipation of Christmas and Summer holidays. As January is notoriously a very good month in the rental market, our rent reviews are usually done at this time of year and again then after Winter when people are motivated to move again.
