I hope this message finds you and your Willard family well. As we head into 2021, Willard continues to try to support you and your students in any way we can as we go through these very difficult times together. In addition to providing your students the best education we can given the circumstances, we have built up our family support efforts. Over the holiday season, Willard successfully helped distribute over $2,410 in gift and food cards to Willard families in need. If there are things that you and your family need support with, please let us know, and we will do our best to connect you with the resources to start off 2021 safely and securely.
With that, here are some important updates as we head into the week:
Willard Specific Family Survey (Results): Thank you to the 308 Willard families who took the time to take the Willard specific family survey. You all provided Willard with some very useful and informative data that we will use for our continued reflection and improvement. Survey results can be viewed here.
Willard Middle School Information Night: Willard will host our Middle School Information Night this Wednesday at 7pm. This zoom webinar gathering has an intended audience of current 5th grade families. However, all are invited to attend.
Materials Distribution: Materials will be distributed outside the front gate of Willard at the Stuart Street entrance. Please note that your student’s teachers will inform you if there will be materials to pick up for their specific classes. Daily, 8:30am-3:30pm.
Semester 2 / Report Cards: Semester 2 begins today. Quarter 2 and Semester 1 grades are due tomorrow and will be sent to Willard families later this week.
If things come up, please remember, you can always reach out to your student’s grade level counselor, or contact myself.
The Willard Update is the school's electronic newsletter, used for sending important messages from school administration and PTA to our community; the newsletters are prepared by a PTA parent volunteer (email@example.com).
