South Loop skyscrapers

2015 will end up being a big year for big buildings in the South Loop. Our new interactive map shows all the massive new construction projects that have been proposed, planned, or permitted in 2015 – including some under construction. Prepare yourself for a dramatically new skyline. 

In all, developers have proposed 10,142 housing units and 2,500 hotel rooms* for the South Loop this year. Subscribe to updates here to get alerts when their New Construction building permits come in.
