Summer Service Needs:
Summer is just around the corner, and we recognize that schedules change for everyone!  Parents, please let us know if you have needs for additional services this summer. Employees, please let us know what your availability is. Let's work together to ensure that everyone's needs are met.

Now Hiring! Refer a Friend, Earn up to $50:
TLC is smaller company and we like it that way so that we know our employees, clients and their families. We recognize that our very best employees come from YOUR referrals, and we want to say THANKS! From now until June 15th, refer an employee to us and earn $25 when they complete the hiring process and are successfully matched with a family (even if it is YOUR family). Earn another $25 when the new employee completes 50 hours of service. 

Open Door Policy:
With all the changes taking place, we want you to feel confident knowing how to contact us. Rest assured that any email address or phone number you may have previously used to contact us will still be answered. We value your feedback and input and strive to maintain relationships of mutual respect and cooperation between the families we serve, our employees and administration. If you ever have suggestions, concerns, or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Employee Performance Reviews:
We want to reward our employees for a job well done! Over the next few months, you may see a performance review form for employees who have worked with your family. Employees will also be completing a self evaluation. The information you provide on these forms will help us know how we can better support you! Thank you in advance for your participation and honest responses.

Timesheet Submissions Contest:
Timesheets (and accompanying reports) are typically due by noon on the 1st and 16th of the month. We recognize it is sometimes difficult to gather all necessary signatures and get them submitted on time. We also recognize that there are families and employees who go above and beyond to get these submitted!  

For the month of May, completed timesheets submitted by noon on June 1st (with accompanying hab reports) will be entered into a drawing for movie tickets! Both the employee and family served will win (2 tickets each).  

Please submit timesheets to REPORTS@tlccare.org. Don't forget to plan ahead for the Memorial Day holiday!
