Please use this number only to communicate urgent information directly to the summer program, as it requires staff to redirect their attention from the program participants. This number can accept text messages. 


Summer is Here!

School is out, and summer break is officially here!  We are excited to have you joining us this year for an amazing, fun filled summer.  Please watch for regular emails with important information regarding our plans and activities. Field trip calendars for the first week of the program are attached below. Simply click the grey button for the appropriate program.  If you have any questions about outings, please don't hesitate to ask. TLC Services will cover the cost of all field trips, however you are welcome to send/bring additional money for souvenirs, treats, etc. 

As a reminder, our first day of the program will be Tuesday, May 26th. If you will be starting on a different day, please let us know! This will help us to plan for staffing.

Also, if you have any planned vacations or absences for the summer, please let us know about those ASAP.  We recognize family time is important and want to do our best to accommodate.

Transportation routes have been established, and you will be getting an email or phone call today. As a reminder, the times we provide are estimated.  Please allow a 15 minute window, especially during the first week as the drivers are becoming more familiar with their routes.  Please make sure your have your child ready to go at the appropriate time.  Since there will likely be other individuals in the van, the driver will not be able to leave the vehicle unattended and come to the door.  Instead, the driver will pull up and honk. Please make sure you are watching and listening for us.  If your child is not ready to board the van, we can only wait 2-3 minutes to avoid being late for the remainder of the route. 

Lunch and Snacks:

TLC Services will provide a daily snack.  We ask that you pack a sack lunch so that your child can participate in our daily group lunch activity.  Please limit sending food that needs to be microwaved.  If all 10 program participants bring a meal that requires 3-minutes in the microwave, it will take 30 minutes to simply prepare lunches!  

For the AM programs only, every Thursday no microwave will be available, as lunch will be eaten away from the center. Please plan accordingly.  Thank you!

There may be times when our field trip is a lunch date. Lunches will not be needed on those days.

We value your feedback and input as we assist in the care of your child. TLC Services employees strives to maintain relationships of mutual respect and cooperation with all the families we serve.  If you ever have suggestions, concerns, or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, please keep in mind that after regular business hours, our availability is limited as many of us are parents, too!
