® has been on the market for 80 years. To celebrate this anniversary, we are now launching the WOOD WOOL AWARD™, which focuses on how cement-bonded wood wool enriches modern architecture.
This newsletter provides more information about the award, where architects from all over the world can submit projects and compete for two EUR 5,000 prizes.

Call for entries for the WOOD WOOL AWARD™ 2015  

Cement-bonded wood wool ensures good acoustics, a healthy indoor climate and unique aesthetics. The WOOD WOOL AWARD™ celebrates contemporary architecture and architectural design enriched by cement-bonded wood wool. Architects from all over the world can submit projects which have been realised, and the best two will each receive a prize of EUR 5,000.
The jury features international top architects:
  • David Gianotten (managing partner-architect, OMA)
  • Mikkel Frost (architect, co-founder and partner, CEBRA)
  • David Basulto (founder and editor-in-chief, ArchDaily)

Troldtekt A/S’ strategic work with Cradle to Cradle was Highly Commended at the Responsible Business Awards 2015. The jury said: “Highly commended for Best SME goes to Troldtekt: they’ve taken their product to the next level in a future proof manner.”

The international Cradle to Cradle concept is the central cornerstone in Troldtekt’s business strategy and the company follows a road map with a number of value-creating initiatives.
