Winterize: Check Around Your Property!

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these next days before the snow sticks to winterize around your home and yard. Please remove any personal items in the city rights-of-way--like the above 'turtle'!--so snow plows have room to work this winter.

Property Taxes Due Soon

The second installment of property taxes are due on or before Nov. 2, 2020. Payments will be considered delinquent on Nov. 3; penalty and interest will be added to unpaid balances. Payment are accepted at Cordova Center during business hours or in the after-hours dropbox. Please include the property parcel number with a check payment. Credit card payments are also accepted. Call (907) 424-6200 to pay by phone. If you have questions, contact (907) 424-6248 or (907) 424-6286.
